Week 1  Personal Goals &  Nutrition Basics – In this session we will discuss your health concerns and you will decide upon your goals for the program.  We will discuss the underlying basics of good nutrition and how it affects your overall sense of wellbeing.

Week 2  Clean up Your Food –  Understand the foods and substances which  zap clarity, mood, digestion, and energy.  Learn how to reduce your toxic load and cravings.

Week 3  Nourish Your Cravings –  Scrumptious complex carbohydrates are packed with nutrients to provide deep, satisfying,  grounding nourishment.  They are the perfect foods to stabilize blood sugar and promote weight loss.  Learn delicious, affordable recipes for grains and legumes, including gluten-free alternatives.

Week 4  Strengthen Your Immunity –  Vegetables are loaded with the antioxidants crucial for building powerful immunity, strong blood and efficient detoxification.  Learn how to easily integrate an abundance of nutrient-packed vegetables into every day.

Week 5  Protect Yourself — Know how to choose the best animal foods and fats to nourish yourself safely, and humanely.  We will discuss the best options for purchasing dairy, meat, poultry, fats, oils, and fish.

Week 6  Super Foods – Discover the best foods, sea vegetables, herbs, supplements, and remedies to boost your immunity and maintain, vibrant, energized health.

What to Do Next

  • First, you will answer the ‘next step’ questions to give me a good idea of your concerns and goals.  I will contact you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Next, we will schedule a free 15-minute introductory phone session.  This will allow you to decide if my services are right for you.
  • If you decide to work with me, you will choose the program you want to follow – the Transform Your Life Program, the  Jumpstart Your Life Program or the Create Your Own Program.
  • Next, we will schedule our weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one sessions.
  • Before our first session, I will send you your introduction packet, which includes a health questionnaire which will enable you to pinpoint your most important concerns and goals.
  • Our first session will be longer than the rest, and it will give us time to discuss your most important concerns and goals.
  • Each session will include nutrition education, personalized guidance, and time to celebrate your progress.
  • In between sessions I will send you nutrition information and recipes via email.   You may contact me by email when you have questions.
